Social Security Disability and Private Disability Claims 

One of Mr. Wooten’s favorite areas of practice includes representing clients who are disabled and are seeking disability payments to supplement their lost income. The process of obtaining disability benefits from either Social Security or from a private insurance provider can be overwhelming especially if a person has been recently diagnosed with a disability or has been suffering from one for years. Mr. Wooten assists his clients by preparing and submitting claims on behalf of the client as well as appealing or litigating denied or suspended claims. Mr. Wooten and his assistants help clients prepare the proper information and documentation, assist in collecting the clients’ relevant medical records and timely submit these records by working directly with the client or the client’s care taker, if needed. Mr. Wooten cannot guarantee that disability claims will be honored, but he can guarantee an honest and professional experience for the client in their time of need.
