Trey Gerrell is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and Mississippi specializing in trademark research, applications, filings, litigation and monitoring; copyright research,registration and litigation; corporate and contract law; civil litigation and business transactions. Mr. Gerrell earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in May 2022. During his time in lawschool, Mr. Gerrell served in the University of Memphis Sports & Entertainment Law Society as the Vice President of Entertainment.

Mr. Gerrell graduated from Union University in 2016 with a degree in Christian Thought andTradition and a minor in Political Science. Trey is from Paris, Tennessee originally and plans to remain in the West Tennessee area. In his free time, Mr. Gerrell enjoys reading and baking. Trey resides in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife Emily.
