Nicholas F. House is a staunch civil litigator for Wooten Law Office. Mr. House focuses his areas of practice in Employment Discrimination, Contracts, Business Formation, Tort Litigation, Collections, Landlord/Tenant, and Defense.

Mr. House is originally from the small town of Columbus, Minnesota. Mr. House received a dual degree in Business Administration, Management Concentration and Bachelor of Arts, Legal Studies from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. House went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis in 2020. While enrolled in law school, Mr. House served on the executive board of the gold chapter Federalist Society, sitting as their treasurer. Mr. House also participated on the law school’s arbitration competition team. Mr. House is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, an honor society recognizing individuals for their work and dedication in the areas of International Business and Management.

Mr. House, along with Mr. Wooten, own and operate a coffee shop and general store in Covington, TN (In House Coffee Roasters and Wooten General Store). During his free time, Mr. House enjoys motocross and traveling.
